The new 1066 propaganda site is on it’s way up, painfully slowly. I expect all the features and a good chunk of content to be in place by the start of April. Once it gets up to full speed it should be pretty nice, though. I decided to move away from the traditional “designer portfolio” style site and set up the site as a blog. This gives me a lot more flexibility for what I can put on here, and focuses a little bit more on me, the person rather than 1066 propaganda, the body of work. I’m pretty excited about that, especially since a lot of the work I’ve been doing lately has been a little more ambiguous, and doesn’t lend itself very well to a portfolio presentation.

I also hope to be posting a lot of stuff that will be useful to the various communities I’m a part of. I’ve been doing a ton of development work over the past 18 months and have learned a lot of lessons the hard way. Hopefully I can provide some pointers so that other people don’t have to repeat them.
