How my weekend sparked a few revelations about web accessibility and it’s relevance in areas that aren’t immediately obvious, like for web geeks that just have to watch tv and check email on the same machine.

I make a dumb suggestion to a friend who’s trying to name his web app, with a hilariously embarrassing outcome. A cautionary tale about how you should always check to see if your startup / app / project name has any cultural connotations that they’re not aware of.

I stumbled upon this great hack for quickly tranforming any site into a mobile-friendly version that works on all phones / handhelds and doesn’t require reworking template files or creating any new html.

Working the last couple kinks out right now, the whole thing should be up in a couple of days.
